Features:
Endurance Test Machine tests the Fan and/or Blower. Endurance by rotating Fan /Blower at rated RPM with the help of motors. This fully automatic test system can be operated - continuous or cyclic mode and is divided in two sections named as Station 1 & Station 2 with a common control panel. Each station is capable of testing either two Fans or Blowers. A separate electric motor drive with two timing Pulley sets & Timing belts provide identical speed drive to both components of the individual Station. In effect two fans &/or two Blowers or Four Fans / Blowers cabn be tested at a time. The system also has provision to run only one station at a time.

Features:
The Test Rig Test Rig conducts endurance testing of Gear Shifter Assembly. Cables are routed such that Cable ends at the Transmission side are coupled to spring assemblies to exert requisite Force on individual cable.The Gear Shifter knob shall be attached to the top moving platen of the table and manipulated using a X-Y table. The exact distance traveled is controlled by Stepper motors coupled to the Ball Screw mechanism of the table. A dedicated PLC controls the test Sequence in pre defined steps. The testing can be continued for programmed number of cycles.

Jounce and squirm test system tests two Automobile seats simultaneously. Pneumatic Cylinder used as Linear actuator exerts load on the seat for jounce testing shall be pneumatic cylinder. The travel of the piston is controlled through the reed switches. while Squirm test is effected by Rotary Hydraulic Actuator.Force and Angle measurement is done on Digital Displays. . A common PLC with HMI shall control the test sequence & parameter programming.
